By request, I have set up behavior in our base class textbox to select all of the text when the control is clicked. This works fine except for one scenario - an input mask where there is a character before the actual stored value.

Example: the textbox's InputMask is set to "(999)" for an area code. When clicking on the control, everything but the opening parenthesis is selected even though SelStart is set to zero. If I tab into the control, then everything is selected.

Any ideas?
