>>>The Chinese have rioting in the streets. Iran is having government trouble while it refines uranium for a bomb. Pakistan is fighting the Taliban. The monsoons are hitting India. There is fighting in Afghanistan. The world is over populated and the symtoms are getting worse and what is on every news channel in Canada and the USA? An unrelenting helicopter cam shot of Michael Jackson's hurse driving on an LA freeway to an over crowded ceremony of people who are more interested in saying they were there than actually caring about his passing.

>>Fox had an article about the widow of a soldier killed in action on the day the child-molesting-mutant had a significant malfunction (who knows if it is really dead). She was very rightfully beside herself at the complete lack of concern by the US media re her husband's honorable loss while service his country while the mutant has had almost exclusive use of the media.

>Not only that, the media, radio, tv, newspaper and their audiences dropped him like a hot potato when the charges were made. Now, the media are acting as if he's a deity. It makes no sense, but it must be good for ratings with the juveniles in the masses.

In fairness to the media, there has been a huge reaction from the public that was not manufactured by the media. The day he died, all the social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter had huge spikes in traffic. Someone at Facebook was quoted saying at first they thought it was a computer attack.

I have never been much of an MJ fan myself so have been a bit taken aback by the magnitude of the reaction.
