No - but you should respect their right to earn and keep the fruits of their labor as much as you respect your own.

I know developers (and since I don't know you personally, I don't know if you fall into this area or not) who are out to get every penny they possibly can for their work.....and yet they simultaneously bitch and piss and moan and whine and complain about rich lawyers, rich doctors, etc. Well guess what....those people worked hard for years (in school for 8+ years, and then murderous hours building a practice)....they deserve to enjoy the fruits of their labor. So I am sick and tired of the sanctimonious hypocrisy of those who are out for every dollar they can get...and yet criticize others for doing the same thing.
