it could be I am misunderstanding your problem, but does

create form myForm as myForm from ? 

not work for you|?
obviously you change 'myForm' with your correct form name and when you apply this VFP will prompt you for the classlib where you have instantiated the form class. When you have the form you will be prompted again to save in where yoyu would like it.
