Make sure that the code is actually executed there and no grid or any other control refresh themselves while VFP is copying data to the clipboard. You might try changing AutoYield. Because of its limitations I've replaced DataToClip in my code with a simple scan loop that creates a tab delimited string and use _CLIPTEXT to push it into the clipboard. Excel doesn't care if was one way or the other.
