I'm slimmer than I have been in several years. Six foot two and 210 lbs. I eat all I want, but stay the same, without running on these bad knees. I drink about a gallon of water every day and it seems to flush my system. Of course, I don't gorge myself either.I probably do need to start doing some walking though, just for the energy boost!
