Well, it's out there and will soon be everywhere. There are non-partisan editorials on it and very partisan ones as well. Those who don't like it are calling it a Republican report. However, it is a committee report. There are more Democrats on the committee than Republicans. The cause of course, we've discussed here previously and I posted links in older messages here.
