I wouldn't bet on that. The governments around the world love the smokers because of all the tax revenue they generate. I suspect that by the time I am 80, cigarettes will cost $30 a pack - $2 for the cigarettes and $28 for the taxes <g>.

I have to admit, I don't get worked up about taxes on cigarettes. As far as I'm concerned, cigarette taxes should go up 1,000%. Smoking is such a disgusting habit. The loudest I ever yelled at anyone was years ago when my wife briefly smoked.
