Sure, the result is not what one would expect. And as far as I checked, this behavior goes from vfp6 to vfp9.
By the way, there is always a problem to draw the vertical line in the report, and to cover exactly or only particular band(s).
I used to think that it is some sort of inconsistency one can find workaround.
