Well, I think I have a solution to the smoking issue - one that would finally bring peace to smokers and non-smokers.

I read somewhere that 90% of all smokers live east of Reno, Nevada....so I'm proposing something before Congress next week - it's called Project Transfer All Smokers East of Reno. (TASER for short). This will finally bring harmony to the smokers and non-smokers alike. <s>
