Well said. Our job as parents is to help them to the point that they don't need us any more. I am batting .500 in that department. The 16 year old is ready for adulthood now, itching for launch. Already she has a talent for making money. Her older sister is the tough one. I know the hard sell falls on deaf ears -- I've tried. But I'm still trying. I let her know she is still as loved as when she was a baby and stay patient.
