Depends on the type of resizer. If you use a resizer control that zooms the form (mwResizer from Markus Winhard), the form will fit on the screen but be smaller (7 point font instead of nine points, for instance). If you use a resizer like the anchoring that changes the dimension of certain controls, it won't fit.
