That's not necessarily that much of a problem. For example if you maximize the form on a lower resultion it will downsize, Naomi is right, that you would rather design that form for the lowest resolution, but you could also make a form up- and downsizable and at it's load determine if it is bigger than screen resolution, and then automatically resize it. See sysmetrics().
