Because he enjoys the game. :o) I've taken to mostly not responding myself these days. Besides, the article is about a specific occurrence of possible war crimes and an investigation into any possible U.S. knowledge of or role in that action. That is a responsibility of every nation to investigate such an event when it becomes known to them.
