OBL (still) have bases in Afganistan, but he also have them in whole host of other countries. Besides, Al-qaeda is pyramidal terrorist organisation whose management could be by now anywhere (could be even Acron/Ohio!). So what are we exactly talking about here ?

Attacking SaudiA ? Pakistan ? Egypt maybe ? Various parts of Africa ? Certain UK suburbs, or some slums in Malaysia maybe ?
Bombing who exactly? Trying to achieve what exactly ?
