Any other idear ?
n helpdesk agents mailing to customers all around the clock. I can sent a bcc to
helpdesk@ourcompany.com to collect all mails into one folder.
But what happens, if the customer sents an reply ?? This should be sent to helpdesk@ourcompany, not to the mail adress of the helpdesk agent.
I did some testing:
I gave myself substitute rights to the helpdesk mail account. After this from my outllook , when creating a new mail, i can type in from:
helpdesk. The mail is in my outbox(not problem,i did a bcc to helpdesk), but from the receivers side it looks as if he has a mail from helpdesk. If he replies, it will be send to helpdesk.
So it seems, that outlook can handle this, but how to programm??
