Open the ODBC Setup in the Control Panel and Setup your driver to
point to the Access Database you need to communicate with.
Create a Database in VFP, Create a Remote view to the
Access Database (MDB File) and you'll be able to select
the individual Tables once you open the Remote Link
and then you can Copy the Records to a DBF File using the
command window...
You might have problems with Field name lengths and index names
but you can work around that pretty easily..
