One of the problems, which I can not really explain, is this.

The form uses a SET FILTER. It shows records in a grid. I saw today with my own eyes (every time reproducible) the duplicate records. First one is not a dupe, then two dups. I checked two tables that may be a suspect and there were no duplicate records there.

I tried to trace the problem, but somehow either got too many distractions or too many crashes, that never really figured the reason. Also the form is modal and I'm unable to switch to command window or fire a set command.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
