I think you could probably chalk that up to the typical efficiency of the federal government. Which brings to bear the question of why on Earth would we want these inefficient cretins to manage energy policy and healthcare.

It reminds me of a line from my favorite movie when I was 13...Smokey and the Bandit....when Sheriff Buford T. Justice (Jackie Gleason) looked at some police offers who failed to catch the Bandit, and yelled out, "you sombitches couldn't close an umbrella!" That's the way I feel about Obama and his administration.
