Hi. thanks for reply. I tried setting report behaviour to 90 and it worked. i have been using 80. changing it to 90 solved the trim problem but it is showing * at some numeric values. we have about 80 reports. i am afraid changing 90 would disturb something.
if i keep using 80 then i think i must have to hardcode max. number of chars. using left(cname,80) to solve trim issue. any suggestions?
