>>>Hi,
>>>
>>>I am in the process of changing all my emails from ISP mindspring (the same as earthlink) to gmail accounts - the reason is that I plan to change ISP soon and want to be sure that I won't miss any emails.
>>>
>>>I have about 4 or 5 "mindspring" emails, e.g. 1 - for business, 2 - for family, 3 - girlfriends <g> 4 - technical message boards, etc. I was wondering, when I create 4 or 5 GMAIL account names, will GMAIL eventually kick me out (as they can probably trace me by the IP address)?
>>
>>Just create one and put a plus sign after it for the other ones. For example you could have
DLitvak@Gmail.com and also give out DLitvak+fam@gmail.com, DLitvak+gfriend@gmail.com, DLitvak+Tech@gmail.com. They will all get delivered to
DLitvak@gmail.com. Create a label for each one then in Gmail go to settings and filters then you can set a filter to apply a label for each account name. Still all shows up in your main inbox but by clicking the label categories on the screens the label only shows the email that applies to that label.

>Thank you for the suggestion. Although I don't receive/read my Gmail email in Gmail - I get them in my Outlook - your approach should work. I already set up 2 Gmail accounts in my Outlook.
Along the same lines you can either use @googlemail.com or @gmail.com. Again both get delivered to the same email address but your outlook could distinguish between the two address.
