Very interesting thing I found so far. The form uses a ConfigSearch table and in the Load event does some manipulations with this table. I believe it does tableupdate after these manipulations.

The record is indeed in the ConfigSearch table - it has real duplicates. I need to figure out why and how they are created.

The records are not close in the natural order together.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
