You could consider getting your own domain e.g. dmitrylitvak.com. There are a lot of low cost registrars who will register your domain and give you a number of POP3 e-mail mailboxes for just a few $ per year.
You don't get large amounts of online storage like GMail but if you're working mainly in Outlook (rather than webmail like GMail) POP3 is just as effective.
Some people think having your own domain looks more "professional". Also, if you own your domain you can move it to another provider with relatively little fuss.
