I found some bugs today in this class when I incorporated it into VPM and tried to run on that complex form. The form I developed myself worked fine and headers are sorted nicely, but the original form displays an error message first about changes could not be saved / can not start a transaction, and also on the complex ControlSource it simply produced an error.
