Database applications are a completely different animal. (As an aside, Word couldn't do this anyway, unless it generated a random filename, or made an 'intelligent' guess at a name.)
I agree...database applications and word processors are different animals. You're not going to purposely enter a screen full of data in a VFP app and then just toss it away. However, I think a word processor is probably the single application most users will recognize. That's why I used that example.
