Even when the option is available in your confiugration, the user still has to connect the device to the PC by launching the ActiveSync app on the device. A more reliable wireless connection would be Bluetooth which is supported by WMDC. Of course, Bluetooth has serious limitations as far as the maximum distance between device and computer is concerned.
