You forget Obama's predecessor. That was as low as the bar will ever go.

Quite the contrary - since January 20th 2009, Obama has not only outspent GWB, he has spent more that all of the previous presidents combined. He is driving this country into bankruptsy. That is why he is so dangerous - to him, ideology is more important than reality.

Do not get me wrong, I do not think that GWB was perfect - he, too, expanded the role of the federal government to be much more than what the founding fathers had intended. Unlike you, I do not have blind faith in any president or his ideology...
