I have a customer with XP Home SP3. He is getting an error "This access control list is not in canonical form and therfore cannot be modified". I think I have come accross this before and it was something screwed up with the security settings on the application folder.
Anywho, when he right-click on the folder and select Properties he does not have a Security tab on the properties window.

I had him go check if simple file sharing was turned on, but he doesn't have that checkbox on the advanced folder options either.
It has been a long day and a long week so I can't figure this out myself and that is why I am reaching out here.
