Huh, this might be the culprit :(


If I remember correctly, it was advised to install sp2 over vanila VFP9, but I doubt this is what causes your problem.
Also bear in mind that there were 2 versions of hotfix. First hotfix was missing one dll, so naturally later hotfix shold be used.

I am still using sp1, but I wander if other people who applied hotfix on sp2 are experiencing the same problem.
