Phase out welfare and social security

Eliminate public services including but not limited to the post office, amtrak, landfills. Sell them to the private sector.
Eliminate national departments including but not limited to IRS, HHS, HUD, EPA and Education. These are state issues.
End federal prosecution on drugs, gambling and prostitution, again state issues.
In a nutshell, end the idea of vast central planning for a country which is made up of united but independent states. Restore the 10th amendment to its rightful prominence.
