I am working on a project that need some data exported into a text file format. Everything was going well until I came across a table that had a memo field. I realize very quickly that I need some special way of handling the memo field information. The memo field had been serving as a history table. The memo information needs to be tried to the origna record. I saw that I could not take the information over with the standard copy command to text. You lose the memo information that was apart of the record. This information is being move from Foxpro to text for another application to read that is written in SAP. Has anyone created a routine to handle this situation when you need to reserve the data in a memo field. Any suggestion to how to handle this would be appreciated.
