Am trying to "Append From" an Excel file and getting the following error message:

"Microsoft Excel file format is invalid."

I can open the file OK in Excel, but Append from (lcFilename) XLS fails ... it looks like it is saved in a different format of worksheet than the files I had been receiving (I import this file every week)

Any suggestions?
