Having similar problem right now myself...

In IDE I have a form working perfectly. But I just ran it from exe and the grid doesn't show data - it shows it perfectly in IDE. Will try to figure this out, but it's quite puzzling problem at the moment.

I fixed it by refreshing the grid - in IDE it was not needed.
