This will sound like a strange question....but are you "sold" on Agile? (either yes / no / jury is still out)

Agile is good, I'm all for it. When we were a small company (before being acquired) we basically did that sort of development intuitively without actually being aware of Agile buzzwords and process. Now that we're part of a larger company, Agile is probably even more important ... *if* done correctly.
