Hi Mark,

If you're using the version of the ImageEditor that comes with VFP 5.0, it can also produce 16x16 (small) icons. Copy the 32x32 icon into the clipboard (Select All, the Copy). Select File/New and the small icon should be one of the options. Then Edit/Copy. You'll be asked whether or not you wish to shrink the clipboard contents or clip them, select shrink, then Save.
