The Science and Public Policy Institute announces the publication of Climate Money, a study by Joanne Nova revealing that the federal Government has a near-monopsony on climate science funding. This distorts the science towards self-serving alarmism - Empahsis mine

So let me get this straight. If the government hurls cash in giant bucketloads towards a particular area of research, then the "research" will become corrupted do to the cash? Haven't I heard something like this before in reference to Exxon's $23 million towards "skeptics"? If $23 million corrupts, what would $87 billion do?
