You can find dcom98 on the Visual Studio Cd under the directory \DCOM or \DCOM98 - can't remember which. I have a test machine w/o IE4 installed (a very old copy of Windows 95). A vfp 6.0 executable caused all sorts of errors until I installed dcom98
