Why? Sergey, anyone not going with 64-bit on a new box is likely making a COLOSSAL mistake.
As John Baird (and maybe others) said, if 32-bit is so critical for a specific app, run it in a virtual machine. While I've only read about Windows 7 and haven't used it, my understanding is that Windows 7 makes VM usage more transparent.
