I was asking about Workstation 64-bit OS.
We're using 64-bit SQL Server 2005 on 64-bit Windows 2003 for a while already and I'm aware of benefits there.
Windows Server 2008 R2 comes in 64-bit version only. No 32-bit version anymore.
