The only reason I can see to go with 32 bit is if you don't get at least 4 GB RAM.

>As John Baird (and maybe others) said, if 32-bit is so critical for a specific app, run it in a virtual machine. While I've only read about Windows 7 and haven't used it, my understanding is that Windows 7 makes VM usage more transparent.
