Ramdisk.sys no, but exist many SW Ramdisk for Win95/W2K/XP/Vista/V7 (http://www.google.cz/search?hl=cs&q=ramdisk+download+windows&btnG=Hledat&lr=) or HW ramdisk (gigabyte).
You can use ramdisk for writing files into memory instead HD if not possible create TMP file. Example SET COVERAGE TO ... in VFP ;-)
