No, there isn't such thing since Web interfaces generally don't match directly to the way desktop applications work. There are aspects of a disconnect environment in Web Applications that doesn't map well to the event driven interfaces of typical desktop applications. In addition mapping desktop layout to HTML is problematic.
You're looking at the very least at redesigning your user interface in HTML then building a Web application to drive that user interface. You can possibly reuse some or most of your *business* logic, especially if you've isolated the business logic in a separate business layer that is not intertwined closely with the user interface code (ie. code in button clicks etc.).
There are a number of ways that this can be done from tools that are free (ASP + COM, ASP.NET + COM) to commercial tools that are more FoxPro centric than the generic COM solutions.
