Both magazines are good, but if you have to choose one or the other, keep in mind how each presents its articles.

FoxTaklk generally presents its articles in a more technical point of view and what I consider (given the other option of Advisor) to be the higher-level magazine for more experienced users.

Advisor provides a broader category of topics, but on a less technical level and is intended for even the most basic users of VFP.
