Help please,

When I have to show 'one to many' on form, I show the 'one' on top and the the 'many' on bottom (by grid).
When I have few 'many' , I must use with pageframe.

On my current case I have two 'many' and It's doubtful sobject.

I dont have problem with screen place and most of the times I will not have to scroll the grids, but the screen looks very crowded.

The subject contain designing and philosophy aspects, the grids contain lines with data with info that the user need to anlyze and I ask if using with page frame its plus or minus.
