I have a question about the VFP hotfixes listed here for VFP 9 SP2.

I downloaded and unziped each of these files into 3 separate folders, and other than the Readme's all three folders have the same file names within them that need to be hotfixed (vfp9 exe file, vfp9r.dll, vfp9t.dll and vfp9runtime.msm).

Notice the hotfixes are dated March 12, 2009 and March 19, 2009 and April 2, 2009.

Am I under the correct assumption that if I just perform the April 2, 2009 hotfix (KB968409) that it should also contain the other two hotfixes?

Why these hotfixes aren't included in an setup routine is beyond me, as its tad unusual replacing files manually.
