I found that my tools System Software is not good. It has no drivers; just some useless software.

On Dell web site I enter the computer Service Tag and it shows me all the various drivers for this computer only. It even has a small document that shows the suggested order of installation. However, the names of the drivers is somewhat confusing. For example there is no such a thing as Base System Device. But I will - hopefully - somehow figure out what is what.

But this notebook has not option of connecting to the site automatically for latest drivers. Plus the support period already expired.
