Yes confirmed with the ActiveX supplier as I thought is was a little weird. You either pass in your own handle between 10 ans 32,767 or it allocates you an automatic one and thet is a negative integer.

I have actually tried passing in my own handle incase the negative was an issue for VFP but get same error.
