My daily breakfast is yogurt or a banana and lunch is typically a home-made salad with everything under the sun (I go every week to stock up on the same ingredients): romaine, cabbage, spinach, tomatoes, blueberries, walnuts, ground flaxseed, grated cheese, cucumbers, carrots, snap peas, fresh raw brocoli or cauliflower bits, and my favorite: Paul Newman olive oil and vinegar dressing :o)
If that's all you eat...you weigh what, about 95 lbs? :)
