Hi friends:

This is my problem now

I had a lot of clients who use a Clipper system made by me and now I'm moving to VFP trying not to change too much their operatying way

So I though it would be fine use a buttom command to finish a sale note and it would be also fine to use the same old DOS key (END) to do the same without using the mouse.

I programmed form.keypress method so that it perform confirm.click method if I pressed END key.

That was very good

But...

I wouldn't be here if my happyness is completed...

In the confirm.click method I perform getclient.setfocus() to start again with a new client sale note and if I click with the mouse works very well but if I press END the operation works correctly but getclient.setfocus didn't execute. The control returns to textbox where I was before pressing END key and valid method executes. This causes a help screen displays when the text box is not visible already... This is the default method if I didn't enter a value.

I could program to avoid this in any way but perhaps there's any tip I don't know and any of you is smiling at this moment.

No clear gets works, I don't want to use CLEAR EVENTS because I don't want to exit the form

Is there any way to help going on with the valid event?

Thank you very much
