Sergey's site would be a good start. I don't know if his examples work with remote machines. Security would be an obvious issue, you would probably have to provide local admin or domain admin credentials.
Through the Server Management console on SBS 2003 I'm able to do the following with remote computers on a domain (servers or workstations):
- view Event Logs
- view/manage Services
- run the Manage Computer console (the same thing you get with "right-click My Computer...Manage" locally)
- I haven't been able to find how to view the Task Manager of remote computers (or if it's possible)
So, clearly some, if not all of your requirements are possible.
